Shipping is up to 1 business day after processing of your order. We only process orders for shipping during the week. We use Royal mail 24. Larger items are sent via TNT or DPD, We only ship during the week from Monday to Friday. Cut-off time for shipping is 13:00 GMT. Any orders between Friday 13:00 GMT and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.

We do ship internationally via our website. If you are an international customer, you may contact us via our message form below to discuss any specific needs.

We will supply you with a shipping tracking number as soon as it is available to us. Sometimes the tracking number did not fully make it’s way through the tracking system at the time you receive our “Your CSK order shipped” email with the tracking link, so it may show as “Not found”. We have a tracking number even before the package is picked up from us, so check again the next day.

For Friday orders, it may be that although you have a tracking number but the package did not make it out, so check back on the following Monday evening. If it still does not show, feel free to call us on  01843621040 to check for you!
